Rebalancer® en NARM™ practioner
Welcome to my practice.

Sometimes we get stuck. And that is perfectly normal. Sometimes we just need another person to help explore what experiences and thoughts may contribute to these feelings. In a safe and supportive atmosphere, we can unpack what is happening within you and explore what your body is telling you.

After obtaining my HBO lifescience diploma, I pursued a master's degree in Biology at Wageningen University, focusing on labor and health with a focus on occupational hygiene. Guided by the belief that 'measurement is knowledge,' I approached matters with a rational, thoughtful perspective. My professional journey has included many detours, including a transformative three-year period abroad, and eventually led me to what I believed was my dream job. However, life had other plans, and I experienced a burnout. In seeking recovery, I discovered Rebalancing®—where I learned that 'feeling is knowing more' and that things are not always as they seem.

During my training in Rebalancing®, I began my practice, but faced setbacks such as a severe hernia that forced me to pause. This experience taught me invaluable lessons in resilience and acceptance, embracing life's challenges rather than resisting them.

Over time, I have integrated my personal journey and learnings into my practice. I have furthered my skills with training in systemic work in the body and working with developmental trauma.

I approach my work with kindness, warmth, and expertise, drawing from my own experiences and tools to guide you. Whether with playfulness, humor, gentle confrontation, searching questions, or quiet reflection, I am here to support you on your journey.

You are warmly welcomed.
