Tarieven en vergoeding
A one and a half hour Rebalancing session costs €110.
As an LVNT member, I belong to the complementary medical care providers. Reimbursement falls under the category of alternative treatments. Depending on the insurance company and your insurance plan, the sessions are (partially) reimbursed. Costs are not covered by the basic health insurance and therefore do not fall under the deductible. You can get treatment without a referral from your doctor.

Cancellation
Up to 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged upon cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee.
Treatment agreement
If you decide to continue after the first session, we will sign a treatment agreement. In the treatment agreement we make the following agreements, among others:
- The client provides accurate and sufficient information. This includes both medical and other data important to treatment.
- Consultations are confidential. Information about will not be given to third parties without the client's consent.
- I care about the privacy of you and your data.
- In the sessions we respect each other's boundaries. If a situation arises where the client/therapist does not feel comfortable or safe, we pause and discuss the matter.
- Cancellation: if cancelled within 24 hours before the session, the full session fee is to be paid.
Privacy
I guarantee your privacy. This means, among other things, that I:
- Carefully handle your personal and medical information.
- Ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data
As your treating therapist, I am the only one who has access to the information in your file and have a legal duty of confidentiality (professional secrecy).
A small portion of the information from your file is used for financial records so that I can create an invoice.
Complaints
I work from the intention of creating a safe environment where we treat each other respectfully. If you are not satisfied with our collaboration, we will try to work things out together. If that doesn't work, you can contact the LVNT, my professional association.
In addition to my membership at the LVNT I am also affiliated with the RBCZ and the SCAG. These organizations guarantee therapist qualifications and provide complaint regulations.
