What is a session?
Each session with me lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes, providing a comfortable and supportive space for you. We start with a gentle introductory conversation to identify what needs your attention most at that moment. This could be a physical sensation, a recent event, or a theme in your life.
You are in control of the pace and direction of our work together. You can choose to continue the session either on the massage table or by sitting together, whichever feels right for your processing journey. Throughout the session, I invite you to explore whatever arises without judgment. With my compassionate presence, we will discover the sensations and patterns that emerge in your body and mind. This mindful exploration helps you gain insight and clarity, deepening your awareness of the connection between your thoughts and feelings. You are always in control; your comfort and pace are my guiding priorities.

Rebalancing is a gentle and profound form of bodywork that honors the deep connection between your body and mind. Through attentive touch and a spirit of curiosity, we explore what resides within you, fostering awareness of the relationship between your physical and mental tensions.
As we navigate life, our experiences and beliefs shape our bodies uniquely. Often, we unconsciously tense muscles or change our breathing, which can disrupt our natural balance and drain our energy. This imbalance may manifest as stress, negative feelings, burnout, fatigue, or discomfort in areas like the neck, shoulders, or back.
Rebalancing is about restoring your natural harmony.
Together, we create a warm atmosphere of safety, trust and respect. Weaving in touch and massage techniques with self exploration and meditation, I invite you to let go of any self-judgement that arises as you transition out of your head and into your body. Traumatherapy
If you notice that you're not functioning as you'd like, avoiding situations, reacting too strongly, or feeling overwhelmed by innocent comments, it could be due to unresolved trauma from your past. Whether you are aware of this trauma or not, unprocessed experiences can become lodged in your body and impact your daily life, happiness, and well-being.
In a safe and inviting environment, we will gently explore the mechanisms you developed to cope with past trauma that may now be hindering you in your adult life. Together, we will bring conscious attention to these experiences, helping you feel their effects in your body. I will guide you in learning how to release old patterns, allowing you to move forward with greater ease and well-being.
